Ran all but 1/4 of 3 miles on the treadmill today….I’m a sweaty mess but I feel accomplished. This time last year I couldn’t run 1/4 of a mile so….PROGRESS! It’s a freight day at work, Im a merch manager so that means a lot of lifting and moving for me today….
