Im Stuffed
So the day started out great, hit the gym and ran had a good breakfast a healthy snack then…APPLEBEES now I got one of the 550 under menu selections but i kicked the diet soda so I drank not one but two raspberry lemon aids and then had a strawberry cheese cake shooter oh and three onion rings. Came home haven’t been able to eat but somehow managed to make my special rice-crispysquares...

Sitting down with a piece of paper and some references and coming up with a three week work out plan. I’m super motivated  which makes it really easy to be super focused. This time next month the scales are going to be singing. SINGING!

What motivates you and do you reward yourself...
Different things motivate me at different times…. I purchased Bob Harper’s “Are You Ready!” book and I find myself going back to that every now and then. It’s basic info easy to read and to the point. Quotes motivate me, I like to collect them and refer back to them often. Positive people and surrounding my self with them motivates me. Today's body bug results
Cals Burnt 3067 Cals in 1005 Steps 12600 Clearly I need to eat more, Who Knew! I did this is an on going issue with me, I have a very physical job and often skip meals and supplement with candy bars and chips. OY! Tomorrows plan… pack a bigger lunch and bigger snacks.

Im just ranting and ranting…. Just watched “This guy cracks me up” down below video again…. If you don’t follow his tumblr it’s Ben Does Life I should of added he also inspires me. The world of bad Cholesterol and Zocor!
So today was truth time at the doctors…. Back in June I had my labs done…My over all cholesterol was 262…mine should be below 200. My good cholesterol was 56 Is shouldn’t be higher then 50.
