Uggg starting Over....

The best thing about today is that I don't have to look at yesterday. Today is a new day, a new start and tomorrow is what I make it. I will keep at this until I get it right.

So my last WID showed 207 on the scale...so that's my starting point. Doesn't matter that I've been here before, I will take pride in the fact that I didn't gain extra weight and that I was able to say NO MORE before it got way out of control.

My best friend right now is my trainer, she will keep me on track and so long as I do what I know I need to do this day will be a yesterday and I will get to a point where I can look at this day and say..."Hey you, you did it! Don't forget what it took to get here and don't go back"

Every day is a new day and with it comes the promise for a better tomorrow.

Just a 48 year old women living in the moment and having faith that I can overcome my addiction with food.
